Everything is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Posters and window clings ship in 1–3 business days, vehicle decals in 3–5, and wall graphics in 5–7. You'll get tracking by email when it ships. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Posters ship rolled in a protective tube. Clings, decals, and smaller graphics ship flat in rigid packaging. Large wall graphics ship flat or rolled depending on size.

Yes — 24-hour rush is available on most products. Mention it in the notes of your custom order and we'll confirm feasibility and pricing in your quote.

Fleet pricing starts at 3+ vehicles, and bulk pricing is available on any product. Put your quantities in the Custom Order form and we'll quote accordingly.

UV printing cures the ink instantly under ultraviolet light instead of letting it soak into the material. Colors come out denser and sharper, and the print is far more durable — our outdoor ink is rated 5+ years of exterior exposure. Everything is printed on a Roland TrueVIS LG-640.

Matte is soft and glare-free — best for framed art, bright rooms, and a modern look. Gloss is vivid and reflective — colors pop harder, best for statement pieces and dark designs. Can't decide? Pick "recommend one for me" on a custom order.

Indoors, no — UV-cured ink keeps its color for many years. Outdoors (vehicle decals, storefront film) the ink is rated 5+ years of direct exposure.

That's our favorite kind of order. Use the Custom Order page — we accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, and TIFF. We review your file, send a quote plus a digital proof within 24 hours, and only print after you approve. No payment until approval.

Aim for 300 DPI at the final print size. For big wall graphics, send the largest file you have — we'll tell you honestly whether it will hold up at the size you want before anything prints.

Yes. Describe what you want in the Custom Order notes — logo cleanup, text layout, or a design from scratch — and we'll include design work in your quote.

Yours — by submitting a file you confirm you have the rights to print it. We won't print artwork that obviously belongs to someone else (sports logos, characters, other artists' work) without proof of permission.

No. Static clings use zero adhesive — they hold with static, reposition easily, and leave no residue. Store them flat on their original backing and they're reusable.

Yes, on factory paint in good condition. The vinyl uses automotive-grade adhesive that's removable with gentle heat (hair dryer). Avoid applying over repainted, chipped, or rusted areas.

Touchless washes are fine after the first 48 hours. Avoid brush washes and pressure-washing directly at the edges.

We offer both removable and permanent adhesive options — choose at checkout or mention it in your custom order. Removable vinyl peels clean from sealed, painted drywall.

If your order arrives damaged or has a print defect, email a photo to contact@xvoidgraphics.com within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it — your choice. Because every item is printed to order, we can't accept change-of-mind returns, but we'll always work with you to make it right. Full details on the Returns page.
