Returns & Replacements
Every piece is printed to order just for you — so our policy is simple: if we got it wrong or it arrived damaged, we fix it fast and free.
What's Covered
We'll reprint or refund — your choice — any order that:
- Arrives damaged (creased, torn, crushed tube, scratched print)
- Has a print defect (banding, color shift, misaligned cut)
- Doesn't match the approved proof on a custom order
- Is the wrong item or size from what you ordered
How to File a Claim
Email contact@xvoidgraphics.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number (or the name and email on the order)
- A photo of the issue — include the packaging if it arrived damaged
- Whether you'd prefer a reprint or a refund
We respond within 24 hours. Reprints ship at the same speed as new orders, and you don't need to mail anything back — keep or recycle the damaged piece.
What's Not Covered
Because every product is made to order, we can't accept returns for:
- Change of mind after the order has printed
- Custom orders that match the proof you approved
- Damage from installation (stretched clings, decals applied to dirty or damaged surfaces)
- Normal wear beyond the rated lifespan of outdoor products
That said — if something feels off, reach out anyway. We'd rather make it right than win a policy argument.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Caught a mistake? Email us as fast as you can. We can edit or cancel any order before it prints — usually within a few hours of ordering. Once it's printed, the made-to-order rules above apply.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
