Who We Are

This website, xvoidgraphics.com, is operated by XVoidGraphics LLC ("XVoidGraphics," "we," "us"), a US-based maker of UV-printed posters, window clings, and decals. If you have any question about this policy or your information, email contact@xvoidgraphics.com.

Information We Collect

When you place an order. Checkout is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. To complete and ship your order we receive your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, the items you bought, and any personalization text you add (for example, a name to print). Your card details are entered directly with Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

When you send us artwork or photos. Our custom order, photo, and couple-photo forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, order details, and the file you upload. Some personalized products are made from a photo you provide, including photos of your children (for example, our princess decal sets). We use these files only to design, proof, and produce your order, and to answer questions about it.

When you join our email list. If you sign up in the footer, on a launch page, or tick the offers box at checkout, we collect your email address to send new drops and deals. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email.

When you email us. We keep your message and email address so we can reply and help with your order.

When you browse. Like most online stores, our site and our advertising and analytics partners automatically collect technical information: your IP address, browser and device type, pages and products viewed, items added to your cart, purchases, the site that referred you, and cookie or similar identifiers. Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser (local storage) so it is still there when you come back.

How We Use Your Information

• To process payments, print, ship, and support your order, including order confirmations, proofs, and shipping updates
• To respond to your questions, returns, and custom-order requests
• To send marketing emails if you have signed up (you can opt out at any time)
• To understand how our site is used and improve it
• To measure our ads and show relevant XVoidGraphics ads on other sites and apps
• To prevent fraud, and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements

Cookies, Pixels & Advertising

We use the following tools, which may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect the browsing information described above:

• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Facebook and Instagram): measures visits, add-to-carts, and purchases so we can measure and target our ads. When you complete a purchase, we send Meta the order value, the products bought, and a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address, along with your IP address and browser details, so the purchase can be matched to our ads.
• Pinterest Tag and Pinterest Conversions API: does the same for Pinterest ads, including a hashed email address on purchases.
• X (Twitter) Pixel: measures visits and purchases from our X ads.
• Google Analytics: helps us understand site traffic and how visitors use our pages.

These partners may use this information under their own privacy policies, including to show you XVoidGraphics ads elsewhere. Under some US state laws, this kind of ad measurement and targeting can count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use a private window, or use a tracker-blocking extension. You can also manage ad personalization directly with each platform: Meta ad preferences, Pinterest personalization settings, X privacy settings, and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. To opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at once, visit optout.aboutads.info.

Who We Share Information With

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe: payment processing, fraud prevention, and sales-tax calculation
• Brevo: sending order emails and our newsletter
• Hostinger: website hosting, including files you upload
• Shipping carriers: your name and address, to deliver your order
• Meta, Pinterest, X, and Google: advertising and analytics, as described above

Artist Series: when you buy a piece from one of our partner artists, the artist is told a sale happened so they can be paid. We do not give artists your name, email, address, or any other personal information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Marketplace orders: if you buy XVoidGraphics products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or TikTok Shop, that marketplace collects your information under its own privacy policy and shares with us only what is needed to fulfill your order.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep order records as long as needed for fulfillment, customer support, returns, and our tax and accounting obligations. We keep uploaded photos and artwork as long as needed to produce and support your order, and we will delete them sooner if you ask. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Your Rights & Choices

No matter where you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you, and give you a copy
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information (except what we must keep for legal, tax, or accounting reasons)
• Stop sending you marketing emails
• Opt out of the "sharing" of your information for targeted advertising

Email contact@xvoidgraphics.com from the address you used with us (or include your order number) so we can verify your request. We will respond within 45 days, and we will never treat you differently for using these rights. If we deny your request, you can reply to appeal and we will review it again.

Children's Privacy

Our site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Photos and names of children that a parent or guardian sends us for a personalized product are used only to make that product, are never used in our marketing without separate written permission, and are deleted on request. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Our site uses HTTPS encryption, payments are processed by Stripe, and access to order information is limited to the people who need it to fulfill your order. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will let you know if a breach affects you as required by law.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
