- Approve your proof — we email a digital proof and revise until you love it. Nothing is printed until you approve.

Your Photo, Protected
Your child's photo is deleted as soon as you approve your design. We use the photograph you send for one purpose only: creating your decal. The moment you approve your proof, the original photo is permanently deleted from our systems. We never share it, sell it, or use it in our own marketing. Your finished artwork is kept for 30 days afterward so we can handle reprints or a second size if you need one, then it's deleted as well. If you'd like it removed sooner, just ask and we'll take care of it the same day.
Prefer not to send a photo? You don't have to. Some families would rather not share a picture of their child, and that's completely understandable. Choose to describe her instead — hair color, hair length and style, eye color, skin tone, approximate age, and anything else you'd like included, such as glasses or a favorite color. We'll create an original princess character from your description and send you the same digital proof for approval before anything is printed, with the same revisions included. Please note that a described character is an original illustration created to match the details you give us. It's designed to feel like her — but unlike our photo option, it is not a likeness of a specific child.
Made to Order, Proofed First
Custom orders are final once you approve your design. Every decal is made from scratch for one child — her photo, her name, her initial — so it can't be resold or restocked. Because of that, orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once you approve your digital proof. This is exactly why we send the proof first: nothing is printed until you say yes, and two rounds of revisions are included, so we'll keep adjusting until you're happy with it. Before you approve: you can cancel any time for a full refund, no questions asked. After you approve: your order is final. Always: if your decal arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved, message us and we'll replace it at no cost. That never expires with approval.
